Courtney Toney comes to Rocky Mountain High School off a year at Henley High School in Klamath Falls, OR. In her first season she coached the Hornets to an OSAA Tournament appearance.

Toney is no stranger to volleyball. Growing up in a volleyball family, Courtney has been raised around success. Courtney has been part of multiple state championship teams as a player and coach. After her high school playing career, she played on the Portland State University team that claimed the Big Sky Conference title in 2009.

After contributing as an assistant to the 2011 and 2014 3A OSAA State Champion teams, Toney joined the Rocky Mountain High School volleyball coaching staff in 2015. In her one year as the sophomore volleyball head coach, her team earned a runner-up finish at the sophomore SIC championship.

Toney is a Burns, Oregon native… Bachelors degree from Portland State...Masters in Education from Eastern Oregon University. Mom to one corgi, Misti Rose.
